The Vasque (cauldron) is presented to the public in the middle of the round Grand Bassin in the Tuileries Gardens.
In the evening, at dusk, and after the garden has closed
The Vasque (cauldron) takes off if weather conditions are favorable.

Vasque zone opening
The Tuileries Gardens open every morning at 7am, but the Vasque area is only accessible from 10am.
Access to the Vasque area is not guaranteed in the event of problems beyond our control (technical problems, weather conditions, accidents involving people, very large crowds, etc.).
Access times to the Vasque area may be subject to change due to exceptional circumstances.
Closing the Vasque zone
- June 22 to July 31
zone closes at 9:30pm and take-off around 10:30pm, weather permitting. - August 1st to 31st
zone closes at 8:30pm and take-off around 9:30pm, weather permitting. - September 1st to September 14th
zone closes at 7:30pm and take-off around 8:30pm, weather permitting.
